I have spent over 30 years serving as a culinary professional, and have led gourmet restaurant kitchens all around Boston and Southern Maine. I am also a master sourdough baker, and have owned and operated my own sourdough bread company, Leaven Breads in NH.

Let me come into your home and help you entertain your family and friends with a festival of flavors and visually stimulating culinary delights!

I also offers meal prep for busy families on the go. Gourmet prepared meals delivered to you refreigerated, with instructions for reheating when you want to enjoy. You and I plan your menu together.

Chef Jon has been a culinary instructor at his alma mater Cambridge School of Culinary Arts in Cambridge, Massachusetts.

I use only the freshest organic produce and humanely raised meats, and use ingredients from local farms when possible.

All food preparation begins in my offsite kitchen and then is finished in your home or venue.
